Our implant case book
Every implant we place is planned digitally before any surgery happens. This case book shows real treatment from our Cheltenham clinicians — 3D-guided planning, printed surgical guides and the final results. Turn the pages like a real book, or read about dental implants in Cheltenham — the options, the treatment stages and what the consultation covers.

What the case book contains
The pages are photographs, so here is the same information in text form. The book opens with a note to our patients: every photograph is reproduced with the patient's explicit, informed, written consent, and clinical outcomes vary from person to person depending on anatomy, oral and general health, healing response, lifestyle and aftercare — the cases shown are individual examples, not a prediction of any other patient's result.
An approach section then explains how implant treatment is planned here: a low-dose 3D X-ray (CBCT) combined with a digital scan of the teeth, implant position planned in software, and a 3D-printed surgical guide used during placement. Our implants page sets out how implant treatment is planned and placed, stage by stage, in more detail than the book has room for.
The rest of the book is a series of numbered patient cases. Each follows the same clinical timeline — records and 3D imaging, CBCT-guided planning, a review of the virtual placement, guided surgery, and the final restoration — with the imaging and photographs from that patient's treatment.
Thinking about an implant?
Everything in this book was planned, placed and restored at our Cheltenham practice — the imaging, planning, surgery and final restoration are carried out under the one roof, and our main page on implant treatment in Cheltenham sets out the options and what each stage involves. If you're missing a tooth or facing an extraction, an implant consultation with Dr James Lee or Dr Harold Lee is one way to learn about the assessment and planning process: we take a 3D scan, talk through the options that may suit your situation and provide a written plan.
