All-on-4 (or All-on-X) is a treatment designed to replace all missing teeth in the upper or lower jaw using a small number of strategically placed implants — usually four to six. These implants act as strong anchors for a fixed bridge that looks and feels like a natural set of teeth.

The process begins with a comprehensive consultation and 3D CBCT scan to assess bone quality and plan implant placement digitally. Using computer-guided surgery, the implants are positioned in the most stable areas of bone, often allowing for immediate attachment of a temporary bridge on the same day. Once healing is complete, a final custom-made full-arch prosthesis is fitted, restoring both function and appearance.

All-on-4 and All-on-X treatments are ideal for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth or who are transitioning from dentures. Compared to removable dentures, this solution offers much greater comfort, stability, and chewing efficiency.
