Implant Bridge

An implant bridge replaces several missing teeth using two or more implants as anchors, providing a fixed, stable, and natural-looking alternative to removable dentures. It restores function and aesthetics without needing to drill into neighbouring teeth.

An implant bridge is used when two or more teeth in a row are missing. Instead of placing an implant for every missing tooth, two or more implants are strategically positioned to support a bridge that spans the gap. This approach provides excellent stability, strength, and comfort while maintaining a natural appearance.

The process begins with a thorough assessment, including 3D CBCT imaging and digital planning, to determine ideal implant positions and spacing. Using surgical guides, the implants are placed precisely with minimal trauma. After a healing period, a custom ceramic bridge is securely attached to the implants, allowing for normal chewing and speech.

At Park Road Dental, Dr Harold Lee and Dr James Lee have completed extensive advanced training in implant surgery, prosthetic design, and digital workflows. All implant components we use are high-quality, TGA-approved systems from internationally recognised manufacturers, ensuring precision and long-term reliability.

An implant-supported bridge is an ideal long-term solution for restoring multiple missing teeth — offering superior comfort, stability, and aesthetics compared to traditional dentures or tooth-supported bridges.
